This is a twin tower Grade A commercial building project, there will be 8 units of 2000 kVA FG Wilson generator sets installed by PT. Swadaya Harapan Nusantara backing up the Indonesia-1 Tower.

Tower 1 is an office building while tower 2 is a multi-functional building tat includes offices, retail space, condominium and service apartments. Both the tower are 303 meters high, after completion, this will be the tallest twin tower in Indonesia.

Our Indonesia dealer: PT Swadaya Harapan Nusantara (SHN) was invited to tender for the emergency standby power supply through the main contractors and won the order due to their technical expertise in the delivery of a bespoke power system, which was integral to the look and feel the finished structurer.

Indonesia-1 Tower will be one of the iconic structure in Indonesia and it was important that any power system installed fitted within the overall designed. 4 units of 2,000 kVA Generator set were required to back up for each tower and had to be concealed in a very compact space at the second level of each tower.

The generator sets are designed to suit for emergency back-up operation with black start capability. The generator are able to operate in parallel between generator sets in island mode and also able to in parallel with the mains supply.

The noise reduction is also one of the crucial factor. Indonesia-1 Tower is surrounded by residential and commercial building and the power systems must guarantee extremely low noise level.  To achieve this, SHN designed the enclosure for the genset rated 75 dBA @ 1 meter. This is will minimize the noise as the surrounding area is a premium development minimal noise was critical to the environment.

All the 8 units of generator sets are delivery to the site and hoisted to second level of each tower on May 2019. The project is expected to be commission and handover to the client in year 2020.
