On 20th Feb 2019, FG Wilson in association with regional dealer Myanmar Amethyst Trading Co. Ltd. (MATC), hosted a consultant and customer seminar in Yangon, Myanmar. This is the first FG Wilson consultant seminar hosted by MATC in Myanmar. The event was held at Inya Lake Hotel, more than 70 participants comprising of M&E Consultant, developers, existing and potential customer attended this seminar. All the guests received a goodies bag which contain of door gifts and FG Wilson Product brochures.

The event was commenced with inaugural welcome speech delivered by the COE of MATC Heinz Ludi. After the welcome speech, Kyaw Lin – Sales and Marketing Manager of MATC presented the company profile and also shared the project reference done by MATC in Myanmar.
Some key notes were also delivered for this event. Samuel McKinney highlighted the history and legacy of FG Wilson since 1966 and global projects references. Mithilesh Singh spoke about the key attributes of FG Wilson brand including our Larne and APS production facilities, extensive dealer network and 24/7 customer support. Isaac Lee highlighted the advantage of choosing FG Wilson products and also the technical capability of FG Wilson team promoting the performance and reliability of FG Wilson Gensets.
On aftermarket, Yeo Peng Guan and Kyaw Ko Ko – Service Manager of MATC highlighted the importance of buying genuine parts and the capability of MATC service team, how MATC able to protect their machine in terms of aftersales support and also promoting the extended warranty scheme which roll out recently. At end of presentation, Heinz Ludi delivered a closing speech conveyed the gratitude for receiving continuous support from their customer and FG Wilson.
After the key note deliveries, the guests were treated with a delectable spread of buffet lunch.
A survey form was eventually distributed among the audience to know the suggestions and feedback on how we can improve our products, services and such event in future.
