SHN Customer Event 2019 – Surabaya

On 24th Sep 2019, FG Wilson in association with Indonesia regional dealer PT Swayadaya Harapan Nusantara (SHN), hosted a customer seminar in Surabaya, Indonesia. This is the first customer event hosted by SHN promoting FG Wilson brand in Surabaya. The event was held at Mercure Grand Mirama Hotel, more than 30 participants comprising of end user, existing and potential customers attended this seminar. All the guests received a goodies bag which contain of door gifts and FG Wilson Product brochures.

The event was commenced with inaugural welcome speech delivered by the Marketing Director of SHN – Yushendri conveyed the gratitude for receiving continuous support from their customer and FG Wilson. Business Development Manager of FG Wilson Asia – John Cheng given the opening speech and highlighted the FG Wilson 50 years of experience on engineering, supplying and servicing FG Wilson Products and the partnership with SHN since year 2000.

Some key notes were also delivered for this event. General Manager of SHN Sofyan Affandi gave an introduction on SHN company profile and highlighted the business core value, engineering capability, testing facilities and also shared the success stories. Sales Manager of SHN Yustinus highlighted the history and legacy of FG Wilson since 1966, the key attributes of FG Wilson brand including our Larne and APS production facilities, extensive dealer network and 24/7 customer support. Also, he has highlighted the advantage of choosing FG Wilson products and promoting the performance and reliability of FG Wilson Gensets.

After the key note deliveries, follow by talk show and Q&A session with the customer to understand the needs of the customer and how can we improve in terms of aftersales and servicing support. Also, some special discount promotion campaign was introduced at the event for the audience and managed to closed some deal on the spot, 1 x P400-3, 1 x P33-1 and 1 x P55-3.

At the end of the event, the guests were treated with a delectable spread of buffet lunch. A survey form was eventually distributed among the audience for the suggestions and feedback on how we can improve our products, services and such event in future.
