Witness Test in Singapore – Mar 2020

A witness test for 9 units of gensets, comprising of 18kVA to 150kVA, was conducted at FG Wilson Asia facilities in Singapore from 9^th to 11^th March 2020.

We have the honour of Mr MK Meegoda & Mr B. Suthakaran from National Water Supply & Drainage Board, Sri Lanka to witness the testing of the gensets. Tests such as load test to 110%, functional tests, Megger test were carried out.

Despite of the coronavirus (Covid-19) outbreak, we still manage to carry out and complete the whole witness test. Stringent checks, such as monitoring and measuring of temperature of our visitors and engineers, sanitizing of hands and social distancing from the crowd, were imposed to reduce the chances of the virus transmission.

This test will not be possible to complete without the help from staffs of FG Wilson Asia, Tractors Singapore Limited, Power Lanka Pvt Ltd, Bluedot Loadbanks, and of course our visitors from Sri Lanka, who took the courage to attend this witness test.
